Standard License Agreement
Create! Digital Art grants a nontransferable license to an individual user so they may download this product onto one computer.
An individual user may print the graphics as many times as desired for personal use, as long as the completed projects are not sold.
No part of this CD, website or digital download products is to be used for commercial purposes of any type without written permission
from Create! Digital Art and the artist. Without written consent of Create! Digital Art and the artist,
you the licensee, agree NOT to:
1) Distribute, publish, market, sell, or sublicense this product.
2) Distribute, publish, market, sell, or sublicense any graphic or any portion of a graphic included in this CD or on this website.
Exceptions
The digital art content of the CD Kits, website and digital download products may be used by the purchaser to complete personal projects
and to submit the projects in contests or to magazines for publication, as long as proper credit is given to Create! Digital Art and to

CBD warrants that the artworks will be accessible in accordance with the accompanying materials for a period of sixty (60) days from the
date of receipt. If an implied warranty or condition is created by your state /jurisdiction and federal or state/provincial law prohibits
disclaimer of it, you also have an implied warranty or condition, BUT ONLY AS TO DEFECTS DISCOVERED DURING THE PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
(SIXTY DAYS). AS TO ANY DEFECTS DISCOVERED AFTER THE SIXTY-DAY PERIOD, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. Some states /jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty or condition lasts,
so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The art is accessible and functional with or without the software on the CD. The software is provided as a convenience for the user and is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind,
